Are you having problems logging on to Daniels Ag Advisory?
Below is a trouble-shooting guide designed to help you with any problems you may be experiencing logging on to the Interactive Trade Tracker.

If you are experiencing problems logging on, please note the following:
- Your username and password are case sensitive. Please make sure that your "caps lock" is not on. Caps lock automatically types everything in upper case letters. Be sure that you type in your username and password exactly as it appears on your confirmation email.
- If you type in your username and password and click "Login" and the registration page simply clears the username and password fields, you may need to adjust the "cookie" settings on your web browser. Cookies allow your web browser to "recognize" the Interactive Trade Tracker, and they must be "enabled" in order for you to log on.
Adjusting the "Cookies" setting on your Internet browser is easy and can be accomplished by completing the following steps:
Step One: Determine which version of Internet Explorer (IE) is installed on your PC.
- Open a new browser.
- Click "Help" on the top menu of your browser ("Help" is usually the last option on the right).
- Click "About Internet Explorer" in the "Help" drop down menu.
- A new window should launch titled "About Internet Explorer". Your version of IE will be listed beneath the Internet Explorer picture in the center of the window.
Depending on your version of IE, please follow the instructions below to adjust your cookie settings:
Internet Explorer 5.5 or less
- Open a new browser window.
- Click "Tools" on the top menu.
- Click "Internet Options" .
- Select the "Security" tab at the top of the Internet Options window.
- Click "Custom Level" at the bottom of the window.
- Scroll down to "Cookies" within the new "Security Settings" window.
- Select "Enabled" underneath "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer."
- Select "Enabled" underneath "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)."
- Click "OK".
- A message should launch asking "Are you sure you want to change the security settings for this zone?" Select "Yes".
- Click "OK" in the Internet Options window.
- You should now be able to Log on to the Interactive Trade Tracker.
Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
- Open a new browser window.
- Click "Tools" on the top menu.
- Click "Internet Options".
- Select the "Privacy" tab at the top of the Internet Options window.
- Adjust slider bar at the bottom left of the window to "low" or "medium low".
- Click "Apply".
- Exit all windows by clicking either "Yes" or "OK".
- You should now be able to Log on to the Interactive Trade Tracker.
